Hi there thought id join this forum because you have much better information regarding turboing mx5 or miatas i recently bought the car pictured below and it needs a bit of work but cant wait to turbo it

 

Welcome to the forum. What are your plans for the car?

 

The first thing is sorting the rust as the floor is r9tten from our crap weather , as for the engine i want to turbo it but i am unsure weather to do a basic turbo install using a afpr and timing retard or get a management and the piece the rest of the kit together , the car 8s ready for it i.e rollbar bigger brakes etc so its just deciding what to do as i hear some people are fine using afpr and others are not
