Hey whats going on ?

I don't have a miata yet But I am getting a 91 pretty soon so Im trying to gather as much info about the car as I can. I do have plans to do some mods to it mainly suspn. wheels tires and maybe turbo if the wife will allow

Welcome. There are "stickys" at the top of most sections in the forum that contain a lot of information and idea you might find useful. You might find some good DIY project ideas there to get you started.

I went to look at the miata today with my friend who was mistaken saying it was a 91 after looking at the catalist sticker It's a 95 and laguna seca blue

I could always get the cost of the turbo added into the cost of the house were trying to buy ....... I can ask for a $3,000 flooring allowance yea thats it

Put your location in your profile, people local to you might be able to help you out with your search. If you're planning to go turbo and don't have the budget for a '99, then a 94-95 is the next best choice. It's got all the benefits of the 1.8 driveline, is OBD1, and will be cheaper than 96+.
