Default Introduction

Well, as my username suggests, I'm a paramedic in Georgia. I used to be a mechanic before going into paramedicine, but got away from turning wrenches due to several injuries and just general burn-out. I decided I wanted a toy and picked up a '92 Miata that someone has partially turbocharged. It's cheap and fun, but if I can't get it street legal soon it's going to have to go. Hopefully the good people on this forum can help me get this car to a point of drivability.

Partially turbo charged? For some reason I'm picturing turbo off only 2 cylinders.

Welcome.

What's wrong with it?

No, it runs fine, but without "real" boost. It goes to maybe 2 PSI on the gauge and that's it.

welcome.
miatas are very simple creatures. since you already know your way around an engine bay, you should not have any problem whipping her back into shape.
