Default Irma NOOB

Hello all, I bought a turbo Miata about 2.5 weeks ago and originally joined to find out what's up with my cold start issue but I talked the BP Performance in Orlando (the place that set this car up) and he told me the previous owner never brought the car back for a cold crank adjustment.
I've always owned Miatas, my dad has a supercharged autox Miata while I was in middle school and high school, my first car was a 94 Laguna Blue R-package, and now I have a turbo 92 dynod at 220whp. Not sure if mustang Dyno or dynojet, I will find out more when I take the car for the adjustment. The previous owner had a pile of receipts and there are some minor issues, mostly cosmetic. Mechanically the car feels strong and reliable, although the clutch does slip past 7psi (I'm boosting 10-11 psi peak) I have a 1.8 Flyin Miata happy meal clutch and flywheel at home that I need to put in.
I used to lurk these forums years ago, and learned a lot of what I know about Miatas from this and other Miata forums, Miata Magazine and from my Dad.
Glad to be here and need to scrape the rust off my brain and refresh some of my knowledge I used to have.

Welcome to the forum. Are you planning on doing track days or just street driving?

Pics of what you are working with would be good to see, if you get a chance.

This is all I have for now on this phone. My iPhone broke yesterday, I'll upload more pics. The body looks a lot nicer in pictures than it does in person lol

Also, not planning to do track days. This car is temporary and a daily for now. In a year I'll either sell it for a more family friendly car or if finances allow, keep it and get a new car for children lol

Hope you can hang onto it. My daughter loves the miata. I started taking her in it once we turned her to a front facing seat. Now she tries to convince my wife to stay home anytime we're going somewhere so we can take it.

What part of Cape are you in? If you're interested check out gearheadsmiataclub.net and gulf coast miatas on facebook for a couple local clubs.

My girlfriend won't let me take her 6.5 year old in my car at all. We moved it from in front of the garage last night and they were both in the passenger seat. I gave the throttle a little blip in first gear and she was like OOOOOO THAT WAS FUN!

I live in downtown fort Myers, my girlfriend lives in sw Cape and I'll be moving there in the near future. I was born in cape coral, and yeah I'll definitely check that page. I see badass miatas everytime I'm riding in her car but in my car I rarely see any modded cars lol so annoying
