Default Might as well say hey.

Hi. I has s/c. Starting to take it to the next level. It's currently @10psi with Greddy EMU and making ~208 at the wheels pretty rich. Looking to do 12psi and a better tune to get some decent power out of it. That's the short term plan. Long term plan is possibly full stand alone and intake mani/head work. But the motor has 138k on it now - so I might be looking at a full rebuild before that happens.

This forum has already been quite helpful. Hopefully I'll continue to be able to tap into it for super-smarts.

Thanks.

Bond - it's my car. I've had it for 4 years I thought about selling it for a second, but then changed my mind.

Welcome to the boards. Mine is supercharged as well. Any pics of the engine bay? Make sure to put where you're from in your profile.

From New Jersey - Currently living (for the last 10 years) in Dallas.

I'll have to dig up a engine bay pic.

Welcome, one of the nicest cars from that other site (although you've been here longer than me)

Cool, have you battled any overheating issues w/ the supercharger on hot days?

No. Not at all. Ran 2 Texas summers on the stock radiator at this power level with no issues. Only upgraded radiators because the stock one sprung a pinhole leak from old age.

Looks good, the only thing I would do is paint the headlight housings.

Thanks. I've considered painting the headlight housings but I think that would be a bit too blacked out. I'm actually about to peel the vinyl off the tails so that they'll be normal again. I'm over the "murdered out" thing.

Texas Miata with a Jerz driver

I think they're so popular down here because you can drive top-down almost all year. Plus motorsports in general tend to be a pretty common pastime and Miatas are perfect for that.
