That car was ok. Not real fast as far as these cars go. Probably a solid 240-250whp car if i remember his setup correctly. I'll be disappointed with less than 400whp out of mine.

Yup, he did a solid axle swap with a panhard bar.

I'm surprised he didnt add leaf springs too.

Perhaps you dont realize that the only logical reason to use a solid axle is on crawler (offroad) or a drag queen in the sub 8 seconds range with no suspension.. however those use 4 link suspension or no suspension at all. TO make things worse, what he did is use a Panhard rod which is the worst design on the market as you get a mile of bumpsteer out of everything.. cornering, launching, bumps etc.

 

just purchased from fiveo ev14 460cc injectors. Can't wait for this to all come together. Im also waiting on new water and oil hard lines from Flying Miata. I hope i can get this up and running before my birthday this month

 

The injectors are easy. Take an hour, maybe hour and a half.
