I heard about this website a while ago and have been lurking up until now. I haven't been on a forum since my Jeepforum days back when I was an edgy teenager.

So, here we go, I'm a 25yr old senior at University (trying to beat Van Wilder) for IT/Computer Science. I've had my Miata almost 2yrs now (97, 114k miles, 1.8, 5spd), sadly it’s still n/a but it does handle well with its current setup. I have been slowly collecting turbo parts so hopefully, by the end of summer, I’ll finally get to outrun mopeds. My other cars are a 02 WRX and a 98 Impreza Wagon solely because I like to suffer when doing tune ups.

Miata as of last week (daily wheels/paint fade mod/mismatched hardtop life).
Also, I do plan on repainting the hood/trunk/hardtop myself soon.

Welcome to the forum. I also came from the Jeep world. Sold my Jeep to a girl in Wilmington during Hurricane Arthur (July 3rd, 2014).
Had to sell my TJ when the baby seat didn't fit. Well that and we moved from the mountains to Raleigh, and the wheeling is non-existent here.

Your Miata doesn't look terrible, for a beach car that is kept outside. The underside starting to rust at all?

I had a slew of Jeeps, Wagoneer, TJ, XJ and all were great in their own way. Sold mine because gas mileage and wheeling just became so limited. The beach just wasn't much of a challenge haha.

It could look better paint wise but luckily no, there is zero rust anywhere on the car.
