Hello everyone, I’m here as I would like to learn more about my Miata. I have 2002 I think it is LS model with 5 speed manual transmission, Torsten LSD and no ABS (I was surprised on that one). I got it on the budget 4 years ago. It was hard to find one in Illinois - Wisconsin area with no rust at that time so as my focus was on the body mechanical condition was not a priority so I got kind of beat up one
It has now 182k mls on it so would like to sort some of the rough idle stuff. I use it mostly for track days and ice rally up in Wisconsin. It’s a nice little car to drive !! Over 4 years of ownership I did a lot to it but mostly suspension, brakes,wheels and some seals and gaskets. And am thinking maybe it’s time to bump some horses so looking into what’s involved in turboing it.
