Hey everyone, my names Wyatt, I figured I better follow the rules and post here before anything else, I’m new to miataturbo, I have been mostly over on Miata.net since getting my first one. There’s so much great info on both and that’s part of what attracted me to getting a Miata In the first place (besides the obvious)

I picked up a silver NB1 with 60k miles at the start of this summer, looking for a bit of an upgrade over my worn down ep3 civic si, and it was going for a reasonable price. I had it for about 2 months when it really dawned on me how much I wanted an NA.

Luckily it didn’t take more then a ride along or two to convince my mother that she really loved the style and feel of the silver NB, so I sold that off to her, thus keeping it close by to work on and drive, but not having to actually pay for. And went looking for an NA

Now admittedly I didn’t do nearly enough research before buying either car and only found out after that I got arguably the worst of each (99 NB1 and 92 NA6) but I still love them to death and figure even the worst Miata is better then no Miata.

My plan is to keep the silver NB stockish, with only minor quality of life improvements.

The NA however I have big plans for, I’m already sourcing a 1.8 with plans for a vvt head and turbo down the road, suspension plans are going to be as stiff and track like as I can safely get (upstate NY roads are not forgiving) but comfort is very low on my priority list.

I have already read through most it not all the sticky’s and saved threads but any additional reading you guys can suggest I’m open to.

Anyways sorry for the long post There’s plently more I could go on about what I have already done and plan to do but I figure you can ask if interested.
