New guy first thread

Hello Miata people, I purchased 1992 clean as a whistle, put a turbo on it and discovered bad rings. Looks like a rebuild soon. I have learned alot from the forums and threads but the more I read often the more confused I get. Thanks for your patience.

you put a turbo on it and discovered bad rings or you melted your ringlands because you didn't turbo properly?

My pro mechanic put it in we tested compression 120's did no leakdown test, since did partial leakdown no guages heard bubble from dip stick tho.
