Hey guys im from pa i own a 1990 miata with a evo 16g setup on it just gettin it together and lookin for some help

pa is a big state, how is anyone supposed to know if they are anywhere near you?

 

im from altoona, pa i just got car runing i bought it with a cartech kit on it but the cartech mani was cracked so i orderd new mani and turbo car bogs bad until about 4500 when turbo is full spool then it runs great it has some sort of fuel managemnt system on it just need to figure out why it doesn want to move low rpms

cartech kits are old so give us a full run down on what exactly you have on the car pertaining to the turbo and fuel/timing setup in a more appropriate forum section and we will try to help you.
