I've just picked up a '99 for a daily driver, its the base model with suspension package. Its just stock with enkei wheels (gonna ditch them soon) and will it will probably stay that way for a while but maybe not... (found this forum)

anyway I hope to learn more about FI on the miata plus id figure ill share a few pics of my Miata and my other car, a turbo s2000.

That's an odd mounting position for the s2000's turbo. Nice looking cars though.

Actually its not really. Most big turbo s2k's mount it there cause there's really no room whatsoever on the side of the engine and a TON of space up front once you remove the airbox.

Welcome OP, SIICK s2k, love it.
I have a feeling you'll be boosting the miata sooner than you think, since its easier and about 10x cheaper to do than the s2k.

PS: you can't just post pictures of a sick turbo s2k on a dyno and then not post the dyno chart. Post it NOW for me to drool over, as well as any vids you have of it

thanks for the comments. I lost my dyno sheets and other videos on my other comp due to a virus but found this old vid on youtube. It has been re-tuned for more boost since.

Worst idea ever! LOL. I bought my miata as a daily driver for my S/C S2000 several years ago, with every intension of keeping it bone stock. I'm sure it won't be long before you realize how cheap it is to double the HP on the miata.

Welcome to the site.

Welcome to the boards. Nice s2k and Miata. I kind of did the same as you. I have a 2006 Laguna Blue s2k (check my sig) that I run in STR for autocross. I bought my 2000 Miata as my track rat. After I got the Miata the money pit doubled, haha.
