Default New to the turbo world - 91 silverstone

Good Morning All,
I recently purchased a 91 silverstone NA that was a decent attempt at a turbo build.
I am now redoing all of it. I will be selling the old items on here. Most were EBay/Megan Racing.
I jumped pretty deep into this. Way faster than i thought.
What started out as precaution, has now taken on a new life.
This car was built on a budget, you can tell. It was using a Voodoo box and very cheap hoses/fittings/clamps.
I started to see some black soot on the back of the car. Yep its running rich. How rich? I had no idea. Best way to tune the Voodoo would be a Wideband. Purchased that. Tried to remove the old O2 on the car. No go. Pulled the manifold. Yep its cracked.

So here we are.
New FM 1.6 mani
New Studs all around
T25 Sr20 that i just rebuilt
DIYPNP
Wideband
640cc ev14 injectors
VTPS
IAT sensor
custom down-pipe
Coolant reroute
All new can seals, timing belt, waterpump, shaft seal
Hard dog rollbar
949 6ULs

Im calling this project CheapCreep.. it started out cheap.. and up it goes.

Yeah the list goes on and on... but it will be done a bit better.

Eventually im looking to get as close to 200 HP on a safe tune. .

The car was running rich and had a bad tune at around 7 PSI... no idea on HP
