Hey guys! Im a newbie on this site, but ive been into miatas for about 4 years now. I own a 1991 Silverstone miata! Its been a project of mine for about 4 years, and this spring its getting turbod! Im a dsmer at heart, so obviously for a turbo i decided to go with an old 1g turbo. Instead of using the 14b though i decided to give the 13g a shot since it spools a little faster than the 14b and since i got it off a buddy for $40. Ive got it paired with a begi manifold and a custom downpipe my buddy and i made. Intercooler wise i got an evo 8 intercooler (brothers stock intercooler since he upgraded) that i painted black. Ive got a highflow fuel rail that im going to tap for dual feed. In the mail right now are RX-7 550cc fuel injectors, and a walbro 255. Tonight im going to be ordering a megasquirt pnp and a FM clutch and flywheel. Hopefully next week i can order oil/coolant lines from ARTech. Ha sorry if all this is very long, but im open to any tips/info/etc. So nice to meet all of you! Ive been lurking around the forum for a while, and ive learned quite a bit already!

Thanks guys for all the positive input. Oh i forgot to mention im still running the stock 1.6 rear end and i know thats a weak point, im currently saving up for a torsen swap, nice thing about being in wisconsin is that btdt racing is like an hour from my house. SamS love the sig! Where in wisconsin do you live, and why are u selling the miata?
I'm from Hubertus, but I'm up at school at UW-Stout. Planning on getting a track bike this year and eventually a motorcycle racing license so the Miata has to go in order to have funding and garage space.
Just out of curiosity, how are are you going about mating the TD05 turbine inlet to the T2/T3 begi manifold? Are you using an adapter plate?
Welcome to the forums. Its nice to have more former DSM'ers here.

Welcome. You are only a short drive away from BTDT racing in Racine. Blake & his Dad are good guys; they part out Miata's to support their racing habit. Logical place for you to go for a reasonably priced 7" rear end conversion.

yeah they are really good guys, and have a real good price on the rear end, so thats why im going to them, that and i can actually go pick it up from them and not pay shipping prices. Jeff the 13g turbo i have is a TD04 and bolts right up to the begi t25 manifold

ha thats awesome slomiata, yeah after i let my sister and my mom drive mine they both bought one as well. Sadly my moms is automatic (really really clean, totally loaded out, hardtop and all but still automatic) and my sisters unfortunately got totalled about 5 months after she bought it, but yeah i guess all it takes is one quick drive to fall in love with these cars
