Default Noob here. Couldn't be more stoked about my "new" 263whp '90!

Hey all,

My name is Troy and I just bought dustinb's amazing 1990 Miata and I could not be more in love! I have always loved Mazda's, owned a '92 MX-3, and swore I would always return to one - I just didn't know it would be this crazy machine. Coming from a line of only FWD vehicles and all under 100hp (currently running a '06 Aveo as a family car), this car has been a real breath of fresh air.

RWD, where have you been all my life?

Anyway, I just wanted to introduce myself to the community and say that I am bloody stoked to be here.

Welcome to MiataTurbo

I'm glad to see that Dustin's car went to a enthusiast. You got a great deal, that car is very nicely modified (as you know ) and should give you plenty of enjoyment over your FWD aveo thingy.

Thanks guys!

I am looking forward to participate in this community and, more than likely, get flamed at. Although I am a big enthusiast, my technical knowledge is limited.

But that's why I'm here, right?

Thanks bud.

And don't worry, the car is being very well loved Viciously. And sometimes sideways.

I'm both excited and scared for my first drive in the rain. Should prove to be an eventful drive.

Car looks awesome. I'm also new here, but I bought a poorly built 91 instead of a well prepped one. Best of luck, and I hope you don't need as much help here as you think.
dustinb, what are you gonna drive once you sell your integra?

Welcome from a fellow newb. My 99's previous owner was lacking a brain. Stupid tuner zombies.
