Default Noob from SC

Hello all. I have been a long time lurker on this site trying to gather any and all information I could. I have been interested in Miatas for around 7yrs or so but living in upstate NY I could not justify one being my daily. Now that I live in SC I started looking seriously as a weekend/ second car to own. A buddy of mine stumbled across this car and I jumped at the chance as soon as I could. It is a 2000, with sport suspension, torsen, upgraded sound system (door tweeters) wind blocker and Nardi wheel. The best thing of all..... only 36,500 miles on her. I plan to work on suspension, brakes, wheels and tires, and rollbar, and makes her a weekend cruiser/autox/hpde fun car. I'd love any feedback from you guys as things progress.

I almost forgot, some cat pictures. My big boy, around 11yrs old now. Been by my side through a lot, and ironically matches the car lol.

Nice unit, a 2000 is because year is 2000 right??
Roll bar a must,
some suspicion for lowering as much and some cheap and nasty japan racing will become it a neckbracker.
enjoy your new toy!!!
