I definitely remember shrimp (I was there last summer), but I never got steak. Lucky bastards. The Cheese Tortellini MRE was probably the best meal I had in basic. Those cupcakes were not worth the getting up at 0130 and doing KP for 18 hours.

 

 

I just put cream cheese on everything. (all meals)

 

Sad face, I got out when my BOP to Travis was denied. Four years at Mountain Home was just too much.

 

yeah, from what I hear travis is also a hard one, since its large and has alot of people... but lucky me I guess?
But I also guess it makes sense... its a large transport hub... I am an aerial transporter... 2t2, port dog, what ever you want to call it.

 

We got ribs on Easter. I had my cell phone hidden under the insoles of the boots i never wore. I was a dirt bag and still got honor graduate. Those giant *** muffins they had were awesome in basic. Some days, I even pull a 341 or two. Then i tell em I know their TI. Since Wilford Hall is closing, and they only need 5 Airmen at Fort Sam Houston, I might be going to Travis. Or hopefully, training out of nutritional medicine. That job is so fail.
