OOF. Breaking out the hard hitting questions - I'll eat Okra in gumbo, but outside of that I won't touch the stuff.
I could sure use a bowl of Chicken and Sassage gumbo right about now. |
I don't think I have enough posts for the classifieds section yet, or I'd strike a deal. Hah

That's why we keep it going here. Or start a build thread on you fairlady project and surely you'll accrue questions and posts swiftly. I want gumbo before mid December. Let's make this happen.

Today I need to work on stripping this dreadful Volvo S80 T6 out, so I can scrap that car out and get it out of my shop in the next few days or so.
I have an 85 Golf GTI, a RHD 1982 Toyota Carina Turbo i brought over from Japan, a 2001 Forester, the Volvo and the Miata in the shop right now. It's frickin' cramped. This is all my stuff too, that's the sad part. |
Thanks for joining, Gumbeaux!

I have size 14 feet, and my feet get all hung up in the pedals unless I wear these super narrow, uncomfortable shoes I found at Walmart for like 10 bucks - like deck shoes almost. I bought a pair of running shoes from Reebok. I think they're called Hexeffect. Not only are they very comfy to wear, but they also solved the pedal problem. |

On a side note - do any of you guys have to wear different shoes just to drive your car?

Thanks guys. I feel a little bit better now knowing I am not the only person with this problem LOL
Got my Forester running today. Got it for $ x00 with a busted timing belt. Gotta say, this will be a pretty sweet rig for an all-around daily driver. This is my first scooby - they are not very common down here in South Louisiana, since we don't have stuff like...ice....or snow... https://www.miataturbo.net/attachmen...ine=1448603688 |
Sweet car, I wear something like indoor soccer shoes at the track.
