[NB]Throttle body and MS question

I have a 2002 that has a Kraftwerks supercharger on it and my tuning is MS. I have recently installed a Skunk2 throttle body and need to know what needs to be tuned since the values of the TB is different than that stock. Any help is appreciated!

May be obvious, but TPS calibration needs to be re-done.
