Which 0.1µF from Teh Shack would work? Or are they all pretty much ok for the MS HR code?

The first ones are fine. The capacitors have slightly different characteristics and the voltages they can handle are different, but really any of them should work.

The ceramics are definitely going to be the cheapest, although at Rat Shack they will probably cost you $2 as opposed to their actual value (~$0.25).

 

I used the one in the 3rd link because it has a wider operable temperature range.

 

Good point. The other two are definitely not rated for automotive temperatures, or even iPod temperatures.
