Disclaimer: I am new to ecu tuning

I have pretty much just installed this ecu and started the car up. When the car starts up it just sticks at 3k rpm for no reason. I thought it might be the new skunk2 tb I got but the idle it was already screwed in all of the way. The car is at closed loop and I messed around with the idle valve duty controls and it brought it down to 2500 rpm for a couple seconds but then it just went back up

 

I have been messing around with the idle duty setting and lowering them, but now the car is warm, and when it starts it is rich at around 17.89-18.34 where it used to be at 14.87. I did touch the afr table a little bit so that might be why but I don’t know why it would be at 17-18 when I set the target to 14.7.
