any plug and plays out there?

I'v been boosted for over 4 years now in my 94. HKS mani, T25/28 turbo, Corky afpr, Bibes, warbro fuel pump, and IC. I'm starting to build a 1.6 and want better fuel/air management but dont know diddely about electronic stuff. What ever happend to the guy that was building pulg and play MS? Any here who can help me out?

miatamania Mar 8, 2007 08:12 PM

long story, but kinda disappeared...there are a lot of guys building their own right now that are documenting the build, wouldn't be hard to copy if you wanted.

hang tight for a couple more months... ;)

Ya it seems like theres a new push on this forum for megasquirt. In the last month or so there has been like 10 people installing megasquirt after a few months of relatively little activity.

i heard a rumor that the plug and play for the miata should be out soon or already done.

I don't but I about to be going to DIYautotune cause i just found out its neighbors to a friends BMW shop.

grp44 Mar 11, 2007 06:53 AM

GTS Miata Mar 11, 2007 10:54 AM

I've been running full standalone PnP on my NA 1.6L with 0 modifications to the stock harness for about 500 miles. I plan to have a prototype adapter in production soon.

So you're using the AFM?

grp44 Mar 29, 2007 05:31 PM

iWeasel410 Mar 29, 2007 06:49 PM

I posted my 96-97 PnP MS for sale in the classifieds section.

FoundSoul Mar 29, 2007 10:27 PM

1.6 -- your wait is nearly over
1.8 ODB1 -- next in line, will take a bit longer though... (I expect it to come together quickly based on current progress)

GTS Miata Mar 30, 2007 07:50 PM

If you need help developing a 96-97 OBD2 PnP MSnSE I can help you out since I made my setup like that.

neogenesis2004 Mar 30, 2007 09:21 PM

I have a feeling what they are developing has the stock female ecu plug right on the box. Call it a gut feeling.

kotomile Mar 31, 2007 08:06 AM

Hopefully I can get my second-hand KoL setup to work..

cjernigan Mar 31, 2007 11:58 AM

That's what I was thinking.
