I know Braineack's has a PNP harness but I didn't know if it was PNP if you went standalone and did away with your stock computer.

It was a semi-legit question. This MS business everyone says is so easy is still a mystery to me. I was reading the manual online last night.

As for the Braineack, there is a different hookup for standalone and piggyback but they both just plug in as far as I can tell.

they are about 98% plug and play.

Both harnesses require wiring the AIT sensor if applicable, map sensor and WBo2. the 90-93 requires jumping the fuel pump in the diagnostics box.

Isn't that the case for the OG PnP as well?

Except for jumping the fuel pump relay in the diagnostic box - the MSPNP does not need that, but it does require pulling the ST SIGN fuse.
