Default Can't lower idle, Help

Okay i've been searching through the idle threads and i cant wrap my hed around this technical idle talk, heres a map and log of my car idling. I have it down to about 1150 with no vac leaks, 10 deg timing and all the idle screws way down. Also my vac is reading about -17/-18.

Double check for vacuum leaks, especially that rubber plug under the IM that's used on auto versions.

Double check your timing with a timing light.

Don't understand why your Idle DC is 0 in the spreadsheet. If you've got a 1.6, minimum Idle DC should be around 19.

I'm pretty sure there is a Mazda Workshop Manual on the site. It has all the wiring diagrams, including ECU.
