Default car dies after minutes

Ok so I drove home last night no problem.Get in the car this morning it just cranks I notice the fuel pump is not running so I check the relay it clicks. So I unplug pump and plug it back in. turn the key the fuel pump runs driving to work car dies. so long story short I replaced the fuel pump and the relay. Still same problem. So I plug the computer start it and running data logger. And then it says offline and the car shuts off and no pump. wait a little bit and it will all work again.I don't know if it because I have and issue with tunerstudio. But last time I tune the car was a month ago and have no problem until now. The two outside lights on the megasquirt are on. 2002 miata all stock with megasquirt pnp innainnovate mtx-l

This sounds a lot like the Main Relay issue. Essentially the main relay gets hots and the contacts separate, shutting everything down. Once the plastic cools, it'll start back up.

I'd look into that, there's a few threads around here about it.

okay so I replaced the relay and still same results. Is there a way I can check to see if its the megasquirt?
