Default car running like crap need help

Noob here. Got car 3 months ago ran great but the past 3 weeks keeps getting worse. The car was tuned by previous owner. Its a 2004 MSM with mods FM full exhaust, FM cold air intake, Coil on plugs (dont know name), intercooler (I think he said Fab9 not for sure), injectors (he said RX8 yellow injectors), MS3 Basic (MS Labs). Im new to this tuning cars and have searched the forums for the past 2 weeks trying to figure out what is going wrong. It has a mis and sputters i replaced the spark plugs (Denso IK22 gapped at .035) but didnt change anything. Truied hooking OBD reader to it but it said no link. Is that because of the MS3 or was it not wired up correctly? Hoping someone with experience could look at tune and log and let me know what you think.

Thank you

ms3 doesn't return obd codes of any sort. this thing needs a tune, looks like your'e still on the base map. you'll also need to be real specific on what exactly is the problem, cause "running like crap" could mean 5 billion different things.

Does it go rich or lean when it starts sputtering? I'm using the mobile app so I can't open your log right now.

First time owning a boosted car and looking at tuning/logging software. It looks like it is goes rich when it starts sputtering. As soon as I get moving this morning i'm going to put the stock coil packs back on to see if that changes anything.

Tune can be improved a lot.
Are you sure you' re not experiencing some hardware/wiring issue when the car is getting hot?
Find someone in your area to help you troubleshoot this, it's the best you can do.

Thanks Akina, The car ran great for 2.5 months then it sputter 1 time about 1-2 min, then I went a week before it done it again and now its getting worse. i have searched and found different anwers for the spark plug gap. The ones I took out where gapped at .035 i read that stock should be .028-.031 but I also read that if you have more boost you should have a little more gap. Is this true? when I gapped them at .03 and started the car it instantly had a miss so I gapped them to .035 like the ones I took out and it didnt miss instanly but started sputtering and missing about 10 min into the drive.

You are supposed to lower the gap the more boost you have, but it's not that simple, .035 is common.
What coils are you running?
You run 8 ms cranking dwell and -2 degrees cranking timing.
Overrun fuel cut needs tuning, as well as the low kpa rows in your VE Table.
If the car run fine without misfires, then the culprit is most likely not the tune(although it might)
Check your sensors, ignition coils, wiring, vaccum lines etc

Update: I put the stock coils back on and went on a 20 min drive and car ran great. so im guessing the coil packs are bad. They are denso 129700 4800 JO 480 coils. When I googled this it showed COP for Suzuki GSR 600. Are these better than stock coils or should I buy new ones or keep the stock coils on?

Had problem with stock coils switched back to COP's and car is running great now. going to go thru the wiring this weekend to see where the problem is.

Does any know of a good reliable tuner close to West Virginia?

Just a heads up that I'm running the FAB9 COP kit on my car (Same as you i assume from the GSXR coils) and it used a VW ICM (Ignition control module). They are a known failure point on the VW / Audi cars they are on. I was having misfires on cyl. 3 and replaced the ICM to resolve the issue. My car was intermittently bad for a month or two before I replaced it, golden now.

Here's what I needed: NEW Ignition Control Module Fits Audi / VW 1.8L # 4D0 905 351 1.8T ICM ICU FSU | eBay
