Car suddenly runs rough-Need help
 

Hey,

I have a 1.6 turbo car, running off a MS1 PNP ecu, toyota cops, bosch ev14, etc.

I installed a new MPX4250 map sensor on Friday, drove the car all weekend no issues, cleaned up the tune for the new map sensor. Got to work Sunday night all good, but in the morning it would barely start. When it finally started after 5-6 attempts it is running very rough, low rpm around 3-400, 18-19 AFR but stays running without throttle input. My normal map reading during warm up is low 30 kpa and around 27-28 once warm, but it now reads around 40 kpa. But with just key ON the initial map reading of 94kpa is the same now compared to yesterday. Tuner studio rpm gauge says that its at around 1250 rpm but my gauge cluster shows 3-400rpm which i think is the correct one based off how the car runs. Despite the very lean AFR i pulled the plugs and they are very black from carbon and fuel, its running around a 2ms PW. I will attach a short log of it running this morning.

Any idea what is going on? CAS maybe?

I think it may be a spark timing issue. What sends the tach signal to the gauge cluster and also the ecu for the 1.6 litre engine? I have IG- to B+ connected with a transistor so the gauge cluster tach works with the toyota cops.
