Ok so I thought i had MS pretty good with the cranking settings well mother nature just got me good by making it like 0 degrees today and yea it wont start???? so in cranking settings do I make the ms larger or smaller for colder weather it doesnt even sputter?? so i dont think it the after start enrichment but if i follow how the chart is now the ms gets larger with the temp going down but not sure how to set it up right?? if anyone can help itll be appreciated
No idea what settings you're using. You should start low and work your way up .2 at a time until it starts reliably at that temp.
If it pops and backfires then you're flooding it and you need to lower the amount of fuel. If you flood it you'll have to wait for the plugs to dry to get it started again.
Have fun.
