Default Cold start idle issue running SUPER lean?

This is a weird issue. Ive been learning to tune and making a bunch of adjustments to the car, and letting VE analyze do adjustments.
ISSUE:
On cold starts, the cart oscillates between like 17 and 22 AFR, and although it doesnt die, it is not running healthy.
On warm starts, it runs perfectly fine. The idle hunts around a little bit, but still, doesnt die, and seems like a good healthy idle within proper AFR ranges.
When i first started using VE analyze, the car was idling quite rich, so it pulled a decent bit of fuel. VE analyze now seems happy with the AFR of idle because it is within acceptable ranges at hot idle, and if I add more fuel into idle, it runs better at cold idle, but it runs rich at hot idle.
WHAT I'VE TRIED
Adjusting ASE
Adjusting WUE
checked all sensor grounds (i had a previously posted about an idle issue, which turned out to be due to a poorly grounded CAS, which I replaced the CAS and grounded it better, and that solved it)
checked all other engine grounds, all are good and well.
Adjusted valve frequency in tuner studio (as the previous tuner set it incorrectly)
Made sure ovverun wasnt affecting it

The car runs and drives well all throughout the range EXCEPT at cold idle. All the issues I see when searching are issues at hot idle/hot start, but not cold.
Do I need to try raising the WUE to like 300%? I haven't yet because that seems way too high. Thanks for any advice. Attached is my tune, and three logs
Log 1: Cold Start. You can see the issue here
Log 2: Warm start. Still running a tiny bit lean, but overall not terrible
Log 3: Idle after 5 min run time: A good healthy idle, which is what the car does after running for a while.

Eaton M45 supercharger (and bypass valve and blow off valve, dual throttle bodies)
