Cycling Idle, bucking cruise.. car is now a rodeo

Brain- you've been here for something like 15 years, I remember when i first started tuning in 2007 I was talking with you and Joe about running low impedance injectors and modifying the MS1 to avoid tach spikes by running a direct 12v to Q9 (and q12) from memory and cutting the trace. I would appreciate the benefit of the doubt that the map has been tuned.
Just one month ago the car was perfect, nothing has changed.
The fuel map followed the general rules of thumb when i ran stock injectors, where idle was proportional to boost. Now with these larger injectors (installed since 2007), I had to set the Pulse Widths super low for cruise and idle, which was a pain but seemed to be a trait of the injector.
I had a wideband for about 5 years, this is the correct fuel for idle and cruise proven in multiple climates and thousands of miles. I have multiple logs, plus years of experience running this fuel map for idle and cruise. Usual rules applied- it was a nice stoich idle with moderately lean cruise at 15.5.
Notwithstanding the map- even crank is barely sufficient to start now. Clearly low pw is now an issue for the injectors

Was running 17/18 afrs after I added half a tank of 98. I increased fuel about 20% across the board.
It ran alot better but was misfiring and vibrating like hell for the fiirst 240km, which was half a tank.
I filled her up again and topped off with more injector cleaner and she's been improving. I have removed half of the excess fuel I added and will completely empty this tank before I refuel again. Hopefully it will be back to normal then.
But the shakes are gone and she feels soo good.
