DIYPNP launch control and wot shift question

I wanted to know the best way to set this up on the Diypnp for the 99-00 years. I know ben shed some light on this in his thread on how to build a diypnp for your 99 but i wanted to know what you set your input to on TS and where is the best place on the board to put the wire from input 1 to. I have mine run to flex as shown in bens wright up but i am unsure what to set it in TS.

1. 3I to Input 2 IN.

2. Input 2 OUT to Mainboard PE1.

3. ????

4. Profit.

There is not necessarily a one size fits all solution here.

Your pinout is here:
http://diyautotune.com/diypnp/docs1_...a_outputs.html
Chose a processor input capable of launch control input that isn't currently assigned to anything else. So arm switch (usually clutch switch but could be a momentary toggle or push button if you want) > Input Circuit > Processor pin

Software setup is no different than any other MS2 Extra based ECU. You can find that info here:
http://www.msextra.com/doc/ms2extra/...are.htm#launch

sorry for the stupid questions i have 3I going to input 1 in then i got input 1 out going to flex fuel witch should work as it says on diy web site for launch/flatfoot. Now my question is on TS what do i set it to i have tried flex and pe1 and it didn't work. Should i try switching input out to pe1 instead of flex?
