Default DW700cc injectors-any help please?

Hey guys, I purchased a 99 np last November with a td05-16g turbo, intercooler and a diypnp to run it. It also had some 330cc injectors. Well one of the injectors went out so I ordered some of the DW700cc injectors and put them in. I changed the req fuel in TS and changed the Dead Time from 1.00 to 1.40. I also had to lean out the warm up enrichment a tone. I now have the car running decent but I get a random miss fire at low speeds or cruising speeds. Never under boost though. I changed out the plugs and wires and still have the same hick-up. Is this from my tune being off somewhere? afr is 14-14.7 once I'm into boost they are around 13 and down to 11.5 full boost. I am also only running 8psi planning on upping it is why I went with the bigger injectors.

Thanks for the help guys. I've been at this for weeks and finally decided to see what I'm missing if anything. Again the tuning thing is all new to me so I am trying my best to pick up on this.

Hi Chris,

Have you managed to capture it on a datalog?

datalog will help, but my guess would be the crappy dw's need to be run fatter to be stable

that's why ev14 is so much more desirable

They should still be fine at cruising. Check for lean spots, that's what causes my hiccups the most at cruising speed. As always catalog helps immensely. Go for a drive and then when you get a stumble mark the log. I think its like double space bar or something?

ok I'm getting pretty annoyed right now. I am using 7 zip file manager and compressing the data log files into .zip format and when I go to upload them it says file upload failed and that is all it tells me. Am I missing something?

ok I think this will work. These are two I did this morning. I'm starting to think it's more something to do with part throttle maybe? The original tune on this thing with the old injectors was all screwed up. I'm having to go back in and change everything it seems. The idle control was set to 15min iac and the a/c idle up was turned off. Today I changed it to pwm closed loop and have messed with the settings and it's still idling high and the a/c idle up seems to work. It does die when I come to a stop if the a/c is on now. but that's all another topic. LoL

Ok, here is a data log that I did today.

Could my problem be the AE table? it seems to activate when I have my hickups/misfires.

Also here is a copy of my current tune.
