I have a 1.6 with intercooler , M62 supercharger, and w/ 10lbs boost ... runs amazingly well.

MSPNP2 isn't really set up for flex fuel. It applies a fixed multiplier based on ethanol content. That's sufficient if you tune on E85, but the next station you go to measures out to E81. It's not enough to go between E10 and E85. You can use table switching. Save your VE and ignition tables, put in E0 or E10 (or whatever), and retune your VE and ignition. When you enable table switching, VE2 and Ignition2 tables become active, so make the first set of tables for one fuel and the second set for the other. I don't know how this works while also using the flex fuel sensor and multiplier. For example, say your VE1 map is for E10 and your VE2 map is for E85. If your fuel mixture measures to be E20, then the flex fuel sensor would apply a bit of a multiplier to add some more fuel and spark. If you put E80 in, then you'd flip the table switch and it'd be running off the E85 tune, but I don't think the flex fuel multiplier updates (maybe I'm wrong there), I don't know if you can use table switch and flex fuel multiplier together.
My recommendation would be to keep a dedicated tablet in the car with a tune that's sufficient for E0-E20 (using flex fuel multipler) and a tune that's sufficient for E75-E85 (also using flex fuel multiplier) and switch between maps if need be. There may be other parts to the tune that change beyond just VE and ignition, such as idle or startup parameters.
You'd have to go to MS3 to have full flex fuel table blending.
