Exclamation EGO/MAT Correction v.eggplant

Okay, I'm still having issues with the way this Rev Built MS3 Basic Is behaving..... STILL. I have tried MAT Correction settings that Rev has told me to try, and have gotten some pointers from 18psi. Nothing seems to help. I think I'm doing things right and i think the settings are right, but if not, Please, Someone take me to Church and show me the light, because i have no problem being told that i fucked something up or that I'm doing something wrong. Its so bad, that i cant achieve a decent VE table. The ECU pulls fuel like crazy with very little changes in IAT. And for some reason, My EGO correction is INSANE and wont do what i tell it to do. I dont want it to correct my VE at idle.. I can set it to DONT ******* CORRECT below 1000 rpm/load and it still ***** around down there. I have to turn it off to make it stop.

What makes you think these things are happening? A datalog would be helpful.

Some aspects of your tune are... questionable. How did you create the MAT air density table? I think you should load the default back. What are you doing with table switching and my god what is fuel table VE3 all about?

I have never looked at that till now as far as the VE 3, as far as i know it was there from the beginning. And im not doing anything with table switching. I have never touched it along with a many of the other settings. And the MAT Table is another failed attempt to stop whatever it is from pulling fuel..But it seems what i add it just pulls it..And ill have to find the default first. And yes i knew a datalog would be asked for and ill do it tomorrow. Ill just do one to work and then from i guess. And i can watch these things happen on my wide band that i have calibrated 3 times, along with re calibrating thermistor tables and replacing the IAT once.

Well it seems i "may" have been looking in all the wrong places as to what has been causing my issues. I first did what Ben said and put the MAT Correction Table back the way it was, and tried tuning again and was still having issues. So, I thought I'd just try something and went into my ego correction. I isolated the cells on the VE table were my car idles and typed in the RPM value in the EGO correction were i didnt want it to correct. Then i turned EGO to "NO CORRECTION". Then i went out to do some Auto Tuning, Then manually tuned some other spots on the VE table. Once done i turned EGO Back on to PID Correction. Everything is working like it should. I have read in places and heard that you can autotune/tune with EGO on, but this thing gets angry tuning with it on. I have been turning it off the last few days while tuning and all is good so far.
