Default Lean start & Knock Sensor

Trying to cross the last few items off my issues list here.

So uploaded is my datalog and msq. As you can see, upon warm up the car is running very lean (and rough). Even though I have my WUE set significantly higher than it should be, the car continues to run lean in warm up.

Next, I am not getting any knock sensor readings and I am not sure why. Reading around on the forum, it was suggested to hit the manifold/block with a hammer, and it should register. Well, I tried hitting the block just about everywhere I could think of (and quite hard), but nothing would register. The only time it reads is when the car turns on/off, but I assume this is due to the unstable voltage. The knock sensor appears to be set up right....so what gives?

Since you started it at 176 degrees, warmup enrichment is not in play.

What conditioner are you using for the knock sensor?
