Default Getting past initial Tune and Bringing in Boost

Hi All,
I was lucky enough to find an awesome build in Ft Worth that i was able to buy and take on. Built motor, turbo, and lots of goodies to include an MS3x (i'm told it was originally built by Braineack for 18PSI and the wiring harness was added later to convert it to use on an '05 MSM) that was in the process of getting setup on the car. I trust the wiring is all solid as I haven't been given reason to doubt it yet. The Original .msq the car was running off is attached and it was causing a high idle and rough operation as it seemed to be extremely rich and was even richer under load. I went through and converted most of the settings on the .msq to the Initial settings on the DIY MSPNP Pro Base file and that seemed to get me a bit farther down the road (pun intended). I'm able to get up to about 45-50 mph but farther than that the engine seems to hit a cut out of some sort... could be a fuel cutout or just a VE table issue but once boost gets up to about 7-8 psi it stutters and wont go further...I've got a very basic understanding of MS from many years ago when I had an MS2. I would appreciate any comments or thoughts you all have as I work to carry the torch forward on this great car.

One thing to note, it's running 1000cc injectors.

All opinions welcomed! :-)

Thanks for your time,
-Jeremy

I'm not an expert but I think AFR in the 9's in boost is less than ideal. Make sure your wideband readout matches what TS is showing then tune VE.
