Default Going lean when warm 2002 1.8 VVT

Hi,
I am really struggling with my build and chasing the issue when the engine gets warm it leans out, lately around 2 AFR (on the pic kyttesurve = fuel pressure).
Engine is 2002 VVT EU square top, Supertech 9.0:1 pistons, Maxspeeding rods, boundary oil pump, Fluidampr damper, VAG COPs.
Cast turbo manifold with VF34 turbo.
Turbosmart EBC
Innovate MTX-L WB
MS3X from MSLabs in 2011
Skunk 2 T/B.
Initially using 640cc injectors but when the leaning out issue started(injectors also maxed out 100%) i swapped to 1000cc injectors.
DW200 fuel pump and adjustable FPR close to the tank with reference line to manifold(tested with DW300 also).
Starting cold all seems to be ok and tunable. When engine gets warm or after a 5-10min cruise it leans out and wont hold the AFR target. I have replaced pretty much everything in fuel system after leaning out issue started.
If you guys have a time look that there is no may mistakes in the tune, highly appreciated.
Messing with it half a year already- soon the track season is over.
I can pay for the session if someone can go deeper.

So much wrong with this tune, that you need a professional to save your engine from blowing up.
I have sent you a pm re remote tuning, as this is beyond some few small tips to make things better.

Is the engine really 2000cc? Does it have a stroker kit not listed?
Barometric correction is turned off? You dont even want it to read the air pressure when you turn the key on?
Have you tuned your accell/decell states, the numbers dont look right
Injector timing table is not set at all
Dwell time looks low for COP
Absolutely no spark hardware latency is set, so timing is off when you rev

You wonder why you are going lean as you get warmer, your MAT based timing retard is pulling 8 degrees of timing at normal air temps
Holy ****, your ignition table has values of 24 at 7000rpm where all other Miata tunes are in the 40s, that combined with the setting above... wow
You are running at 12 degrees of timing in cruse where everyone is in the 35-38. This is going to cause extreme lean and heat to parts

What is going on with the spike in idle pulsewidths for warmup
Time based acceleration enrichment... any reason you turned this off by setting full accel below RPM to 6000 and even then an absurdly high threshold of 200%? Move the throttle and have a lean spike every time.
Is the boost control solenoid 39Hz? most I have seen all run at 26?
Reason why it is running open loop? With all of the above doubt that it has been tuned for closed loop yet
Boost control duty table, completly untuned
Have VVT, but VVT is turned off
What is kyttesurve in Generic Sensor Inputs, and what do those values go to?
No Programmable PA6 input to control secondary fan?
Long term trim is all -214748364.8 which is telling me something corrupted on a load in the past and was never fixed

You would almost be better starting with a default DIY tune and making some changes TBH

Stop driving the car before you blow your **** up with this tune

Hi,
Thanks for the feedback. I am not tuning the car myself- i only do the mechanical stuff.
I have attached the latest tune - re-tuned with help of Yossi. It did survive the first try out
kyttesurve= fuel pressure.
My MS is from 2011 and i don't know whats the story with VVT- i have never managed to get it working, VVT error and does not work. I am leaning to think there i s smth wrong with the MS.

joosep rpm 7300 is the tune before Yossi and this made around 270whp, but it fails on highway driving as it started to cut(log added).
