Okay so i got it running again (new alt, new negative cable) and something else seems to be off..
when its idling and i depress the clutch, it dies right away.. any help is appreciated :) now that i look at it..does the timing seem off? and the O2 was showing weird numbers...wtf???? edit: just went out to the car again and tried to recalibrate the afr tables and tried all of the innovate settings (3 different ones for the O2) and the afr changed for each one but was a static contstant reading.. my AFR gauge reads 13.2 when warm which is cool (i think) but the MS isnt seeing it right. i looked at the O2 wiring and theres a section that was burned on the downpipe a little, doesnt seem to have made it through the heat shrink but i cant tell..thatll definitely do it right? >.< edit again: i just realized the controller box with the green light on the O2 wiring is cracked open :( (LC-2) Thanks! |
Is gauge reading changing as the car revs or is it always same number?
|
the external gauge? not on the laptop right? yes//it changes
|
about to order a new O2 kit :( someone tell me i dont need to?
|
almost 200 views and nothing?? D: lol
does anyone know the settings for an LC2 if i did custom wideband for the afr calibration? |
I keep meaning to open ts to see what you might be missing. the out put for aem is 1 to 5v. If ur has same output you test it with a volt meter. Did the wb ever talk to ms?
|
Which ms is this?
I will try and pull it up once I get home. Look around in afr calibration in top tool bar. That's is the problem one way or another I think. |
sorry! MSPNP2 and its the Innovate LC-2 and yeah im going to try some LC-2 settings i found that Brain posted..

If TunerStudio and the LC-2 aren't displaying the same air/fuel ratio, you need to fix that first. Getting correct AFR numbers in the data log will be a big help in correctly interpreting it.
|
Ok So I assume you have unlocked calibration in the tool icon at top left.
Then you clicked tools again and choose calibrate AFR. Then you choose your WB from the list and hit write to controller? Correct? All while the MS is powered up and connected? And your gauge changes but TS shows the same number constantly? Did AFR ever read correctly in TunerStudio? |

Well the time to bust out the multi meter and read the 1 to 5v signal wire from wb to ms. If it's not providing a signal new wb.
Need wb wideband to run or tune safely with boost. |
