try using idle adder for your cooling fan...see what happens. IIRC the default voltage correction curve for the injectors is pretty aggresive, if youre already running pig rich, then when the voltage drops with the fans, you could be killing the motor with too much fuel.

The specific info is, if you do not have the specific info, leave all those settings at defaults. You will only make things worse by guessing.

If you want the specific info, you'll need to send your injectors out to a servicing company for testing. Unless you're going all out, the default values should be good enough.

Once your car is better tuned, if you *really* want to mess with some of the injector settings yourself, there is something you can do. Get/borrow a fully charged deep cycle battery. Disconnect your battery and alternator, and install the deep cycle on the car. You can then idle the car off the deep cycle, which will discharge it over time. As the battery discharges, you can watch the voltage gauge and adjust your injector dead time to maintain stable AFR. Do not do this now. Do this only after your tune is much better dialed in, and then only if you're masochist.

Pretty much what I did. When my A/C is on my voltage can drops from 14.4v to high 12s. I was going crazy rich even with a very tightly tuned VE idle table. So I was able to adjust down the voltage correction.

If those 440s are Rx8 ones, leave the dead time set to 1.0ms at 13.2v and just get to tuning. you can fine tune the voltage correction curves later...but it will require you to retune fuel.

The injectors are RC Engineering 440 injectors, and I will not play with those settings.

Email RC and ask them for a plot of latency vs voltage.
