Help me get my LC-1 to match TS A/F

Im getting 1.0 leaner on TS than my gauge. I have searched. My wideband had all its grounds ran under the dash to a stud. From what i have read, this is bad and needs to be grounded to the same location as my ecu. Also from what i have read is that the ecu, is grounded near the throttle body on a 94, because of my manifold/tube front end i never mounted the ground wires back there, i had them grounded to the chassis.

So tonight i spent a few hours ripping out my LC-1 and re wiring it, i moved my ecu ground to a tab i fabricated on the throttle body, and then ran all my wide band grounds to a single lug on that tab like inovate recomends. I start the car and im still 1.0 off.

Next thing i read is i have to adjust the outputs to correct this, i assume this is the output 2 in the programing software from inovate. My question is how to i know what to move and how much to get it to match?

Any help would be great

i can do anything mechanical, but im rubbish with electronics :noob:

you'll have to reprogram the lc1 to output to the MS differently to make up for the voltage offset youre getting.

otherwise msI can't recalibrate the o2 input on-the-fly like the m2 and ms3. Youll have to use trial and error.

or it's possible you're looking for a 10-20:1 signal and your lc1 is outputting a default 7.36-22.39:1 signal?

ok i just checked my project properties, and i have it set to inovate/plx 0-5v 10-20:1 afr

i am going to change to inovate lc-1 default .5-1.5 lambda and seeing if that helps. if i need to adjust the lc-1 out puts can you give me a starting point, like what have you done in the past

Now what do you follow the gauge that is all grounded to 1 nut or the reading on the MS?

got it fixed they are reading pretty ------- close to each other, hard to follow both but i would say withing .2 afr, well my car is tuned to the ecu. so the ecu always read leaner so in my car the car is running rich. you can tell on the plugs and the fuel consumption. now that the rtead the same, i can confidently use ve live

So what fixed it? Just switching to "LC1 Defult"?

Yeah, that's what it said to do on DIY's FAQ. Did that and fired the car up and they were good.

My PLX reads about .5 off. I need to re-do my grounds and see if i can get it better.

BTW I didnt realize just how close we live now that I am in middletown.
