Default High idle after Turbo Kit (1300)

Hey everyone,

Been sorting out my MKTurbo kit after installing everything and running into the issue of a high idle. Before the kit I had tuned the car on e85 N/A and would idle around 850-900 which was perfect. Granted this was in open loop (which it still is) but now the car is idling around 1300 or so. This doesn't seem high enough to be a major leak, also I've checked to make sure there isn't one. Anything I could try or that stands out? I've tried doing the idle valve test, while at 0 the idle doesn't change or drop at all, like it used to. This makes me think my IAC is stuck or something? Currently the IAC is routed to a fitting in the intercooler piping coming off of the throttle body. It is next to the BOV and another nipple running to my wastegate. Any chance my BOV is leaking at idle causing it to have a small vacuum leak? I will post a tune and log when I get home but I have a hard time thinking its something with the tune since it used to idle fine. The BOV has a flutter at low boost, I need to change out the spring/shim it and see if I can fix that. Thanks!

No to a vacuum leak from the bov causing the idle issue. it would be something directly connected to the intake manifold after the throttle plate, maybe forgetting to connect a vacuum reference or forgetting to cap off all the ports on the intake after moving stuff around

Oh i didn't even think of a vacuum reference being the issue. I removed the egr and the part off the back of the intake manifold when I did the kit. I removed a blue/black vacuum hose of the back of the IM that seemed to connect to some soleniod on the shelf next to the fuel lines as well. It had two different plugs and linked each other so maybe that is causing my issues. I tried researching what it did but couldn't find much. I guess I should have plugged the port that i removed and kept them plugged in to each other. I instead removed everything and put a plug on the nipple off the back of the IM. I'll try to research what they were. One had a Mitsubishi logo on it. Think its a vacuum solenoid?

Edit: I guess its just part of the EGR which I thought by using a MS3 I wouldn't need and have full control with a standalone? Or
