How to datalog when the A/C clutch cycles
I'm trying to troubleshoot an A/C problem and would like to be able to datalog when the A/C clutch engages and disengages, any help would be greatly appreciated. My A/C blows cold at idle but doesn't work well while driving.

Look at the documentation for the MS that you have (if you have a MS). It will be titled something like this: Megasquirt3_TunerStudio Lite Reference Guide. Available from MSEXTRA.com.
Find the Status Info, like this: https://cimg2.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.mia...fd56df9c92.png In this case, AC is called for when Status 7 = 32 (or some combination of, say 33 = 32 + 1 if you have more than one thing at a time). Thus, you would log Status 7 and look for when it jumps to 32 or higher. DNM |
