Default How to Difference two msqs?

TunerStudio generates a diff report between two msqs. But it doesn't allow viewing over 12 pages. I think that is what it said. Is there a way to extend that? When TS looked at a msq with no sync error and one with, it said there were 75 differences. Many of these differences don't matter. I'd like to pick and choose, rather than TS's all or nothing approach.

Anyone have something that works in windows? I have an old xp laptop.

Thanks.

Meld on linux works. Highlights every difference between the files. Allows merging between files. Might be a version for windows.

However, there are too many variables that I have no idea what they do, to pursue this approach. Damn, another dead end.
