Default Idle Adjustment Setup

What is the proper method for setting up idle? On the stock ECU it always idled fine but with MS it idles a little high when the air is cold, and droops on unloaded-decel to the point of almost stalling when the air is warm.

I seem to remember something about a paperclip with the stock ECU, then adjusting a screw, and then removing the paperclip. What is the MS equivalent of the paperclip, and then what sort of targets do I look for on which settings in MT?

I did search, too, and was a little surprised that I didn't find this. Lots of info on unstable idle though. (mine is very stable, just a little high)

Everything is adjusted with the idle menus
1) use the DIY settings for the 1.6 IAC and then use the screwdriver to get the idle to the rpm you typed in
2) play with recovery / fast recovery for idle drooping

Even on the final, best settings with recovery, it bogged too low with the clutch pedal in and wanted to die when the fans turned on. The big-plug gap with COPs helped the most, tps will supposedly help more. I'd give you mine, but its for a 99 motor.
