Hey man, I just put it together that this is Scott from FMSC. It was nice meeting you and good hanging man, I find it funny that I followed this thread and commented here before I met you and never put it together until today when I was reading your BMW ZF trans about the terrible gear noises.

Sorry for the bump but do NOT use the set screw version. Long story short, I used the set screw version on a throttle cable for my old RX7. It came apart, 4 miles from the house at night. No way to get it back together in a church parking lot so I set the idle speed screw to idle at 4kRPM.

Good job on the throttle cable, nice to see a professional looking one. If you need parts for throttle cables, including cables with ends, check your local bicycle repair shop for brake cables. Even comes in a sheath.

Thanks, I should update here more often.
I finally got around to connecting the tach, clutch pedal, and brake pedal to the ecu. The Tach output on the ms3x board just connected right up. The jumper to the pull up resistor was already installed. Just wire to wire.
I plan to get rev match down shifting working with the clutch and brake. I already have this on my crx with a similar megasquirt setup.
