Making an ignition table more conservative - need feedback

I recently replaced my motor after a lubrication-related catastrophic failure of my last motor. The last motor was tuned at DIYAutoTune after installing a Megasquirt PNP V2.

I'm doing a track day this weekend and won't have time to get to the dyno between now and then, so I'm looking to make my ignition table more conservative to give a little bit of cushion.

The three tables below show 1) the original dyno tune, 2) my proposed changes, and 3) the difference between the two. I scaled back the timing in the boosted rows (the 100+ rows) since I figured that's where there was potential for knock.

Any critique or feedback on the approach?

is this thing meth cooled?

No. Why, timing looks too aggressive?

fwiw my max advance at 200kpa was 19°. I stopped there basically because I hit my power goal and figured that was conservative street timing at that level and our fuel.

at 200kPa my 1.6L was safely agressive at 16°.

IIRC the maximum timing I was able to pull on a 1.6L using the best pump gas available and some octane booster was something like 24* at 160kPa. Now 33* is full-det area, unless of course the base was not calibrated.
