Default Miata hesitation

Not to sound like Braineak or anything, but have you tried tuning the car? Do you have the paid tunerstudio to run analyze live ? If not have you run megalogviewer to adjust your tune?

This is why it's important to learn what a megasquirt does and how it works BEFORE you install it in your car. Read this in its entirety:

How MegaSquirt(R) EFI Controllers Work

Then ask questions.

Not to sound as a d*ck, but you probably shouldn't have installed a Megasquirt. Maybe you can find a local tuner who is willing to tune it for you.

It is easy. You just need to pay attention to what happens when it hesitates. If it goes lean then add fuel in the AE settings. If it is rich when it hesitates then reduce the amount of fuel.

We all had to learn at some point.
