Default Microsquirt for NB1

Im considering using an Amp'd Microsquirt for my NB1, as cost is very important to me. I plan to stay naturally aspirated , but want to use a speed density tune. My question is about potential compatibility issues with the NB1. If I understand correctly, most of the other Megasquirt and Speeduino setups require special previsions for the crank angle sensor and the alternator charging circuit. What sort of compatibility headaches might I run into using the microsquirt?
Thanks!

NM. Came to my senses and I think I'll just go with a Speedy EFI PNP. The cost is so close by the time you build the harness, it just doesn't make sense.

You may also want to consider the DIYPNP model. You have to build it, but it comes with the ECU plugs so you can just plug it right in. You will have to build an alternator circuit, which is in the build documentation from DIYAutotune.
