Microsquirt v3 ignition coil trouble
 

I am trying to use my miata with a microsquirt v3, no turbo ;). The engine/trans/diff are swapped from a 96.

Right now most sensors are working and I am only missing spark. The coils have three wires each and I have wired them according to the 1996_miata_system_wiring_diagram.pdf found online. coil 1 Brn/Yel and and coil 2 Brn are going to IGN 1 and IGN 2. Then just power and engine ground left on each coil. I am using test mode to check for the coil operation. I've tried many settings from online resources and have loaded a few base tunes found online. The ecu is using MSII extra 3.4.2 firmware. I have a post over at Megasquirt Support Forum (MSEXTRA) ? Microsquirt fw v3.83 (View topic) that has my tune and ignition logs if needed.

I have experimented with setting for spark output and that warns it can damage components, so I feel like I many have done that at this point. I tried using an igniter too at one point with no luck. I am looking to start this car today guys with your help :D!
