Exclamation Mk2 1.8 Ms2 into Mk1 1.8

I have bought a supercharger kit with the intent of running it on my car. My car is a late (97), 1.8 car and the Ms2 has come off a late Mk2. The ecu is an MS2 extra PnP obviously configured to fit the Mk2 loom. Both ecu's are 3 plug also. What i am looking for is any information about for to change the loom from the Mk2 setup to the Mk1 setup. I called a company (MsTuning) and i was informed that it may be just a few wires being the 12V live and igniters or the coils ( i cant remember what was said).

So these are my questions,

How different are they?
How difficult is to to change the Mk2 loom to the Mk1?
What needs to be moved where?
Is it worth doing?

Any help is greatly appreciated as i realistically need it working by the end of this week!

Cheers!

Who are you? Why should we care?
There is a Meet and Greet section where you can introduce yourself. That is the preferred first step in what may be a long and mutually beneficial relationship.

I am terribly sorry. I was under the impressing i could post and run. I'll head over there now and put a post up. The reason i went in to it is because the car is on show at the end of the week and really needed some quick info to get the Ecu installed and the car running on the MS.

You won't be getting that into the show unless your are really really well versed in Megasquirt.
